A coffee tree is a type of plant that belongs to the


genus Coffea, which has about 125 species of flowering plants in the family Rubiaceae .Most of the species are native to Africa, but some are also found in Asia and Madagascar . The coffee tree produces berries that contain seeds, which are commonly known as coffee beans. These beans are roasted and ground to make the popular beverage coffee.

The two most important species of coffee trees are Coffea arabica and Coffea canephora, also known as Arabica and Robusta respectively. Arabica accounts for 60–80% of the world’s coffee production, while Robusta accounts for 20–40%2. Arabica is considered to have a finer flavor and aroma than Robusta, but Robusta is more resistant to pests and diseases and has a higher caffeine content.
Coffee trees grow best in tropical and subtropical

regions, where they prefer high altitudes, moderate temperatures, and abundant rainfall. They are usually pruned to a height of 3–3.5 m (9.8–11.5 ft) to facilitate harvesting. The trees produce white flowers in the spring, which are followed by green berries that ripen to red or yellow in about 9–11 months.
Each berry contains two seeds, which are the coffee beans. The beans are harvested by hand or by machine, and then processed by various methods to remove the pulp and the parchment layer that surrounds them.

COLD COFFEE RECIPE !
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder.


4 tablespoons of warm water.
4 tablespoons of sugar or to taste.
2 cups of cold or chilled milk .
2 tablespoons of milk powder (optional).
4 ice cubes .
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (optional).
Steps:
In a blender jar, add the instant coffee, warm water, and sugar or honey. Blend well until the coffee dissolves and becomes frothy.
Add the milk, milk powder (if using), and ice cubes. Blend again until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the cold coffee into two serving glasses. If you want to make it more indulgent, you can top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some chocolate syrup.
