Indian sherbet berry juice, also known as falsa

Wash and clean the Indian sherbet berries well. You can use fresh or frozen berries, depending on you . You will need about 2 cups of berries for 4 servings of juice.
In a blender, add the Indian sherbet berries ( falsa) , sugar, and water. You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste and the sweetness of the berries. You will need about 3/4 cup of sugar and 2-3 cups of water for 2 cups of berries.
Blend the mixture well until it is smooth and no chunks remain. You can also add some mint leaves, lemon juice, honey,  rock salt or black salt for extra flavor and freshness.

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or a cheesecloth to remove the seeds and any pulp. You can squeeze the pulp to extract more juice.
